Dr. Andrade is an associate professor of global nutrition in the Department of Food Science and Human Nutrition, a unit within the University of Florida Institute of Food and Agricultural Sciences (UF/IFAS) and the College of Agricultural and Life Sciences (CALS). He leads the nutrition team at the USAID’s Soybean Innovation Lab with a focus on Sub-Saharan Africa.
