Talk: Artemisia annua and COVID-19

Speaker: Sarah Staub, PhD Candidate, Department of Anthropology, University of Florida

To kick off this year’s emphasis on health, Sarah will share on-going research on the herbal medicine Artemisia annua​ and new developments as organizations and governments in Africa and globally explore this verified malaria treatment as a possible treatment for COVID-19. Following her presentation there will be time for questions and discussion.
